Return policies

Dear METOS users,

Please follow the instructions below so that we can provide you with the best possible support:

  • You can write to METOS support (adrian.perez@metos.at) or create a ticket for all complaints and repairs with the serial number of the station and a precise description of the error.
  • In all cases of warranty, the invoice or delivery note number must be indicated.
  • All parts must be returned within 2 weeks after the exchange (if not returned, our support will inform you and close the ticket).
  • All returned items must be cleaned before shipment.
  • In all stations, the battery must be unplugged before shipment.
  • All returns must be packed in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

Please note that we charge €50 for each return that does not follow the instructions (dirty stations, missing data, etc.).
